The Twelve Days of Christmas

Here's the basics of what you need to know for winter break closing! Make sure you attend your floor meeting.

1. Sign up for a checkout time with an RA at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Take all trash out; Use your key to compact it!
3. Wash your dishes; take them back to your room.
4. Defrost and empty your fridge. Prop it open; it must be clean and dry before you leave.
5. Make sure there is no food or opened packages left.
6. Unplug everything! Yes, unplug what you want to ask about.
7. Move anything that’s in front of the heater. They will change the filter over break.
8. Remove all belongings from the closet floor. They will spray for pests over the break.
9. Set your room temperature to medium and turn fan to low.
10. Close and lock your windows; leave mini blinds open.
11. Turn off your room lights and lock the door
12. Checkout with an RA and have a great break!

We close Poland Hall at 4pm on Sat., Dec. 16th and reopen at 8am on Jan.18th.
