One of the many reasons to live on campus is the academics. You may not have heard this part before, but national and WKU research shows a marked difference in the GPAs of campus and off-campus students. See the graph below:

Also, we provide tons of programs and events that help you learn, grow, and develop as a student and an adult! For example, Elizabeth Mohon (Monday's "NO" program and former "B*tch" sessions) is not visiting any off-campus apartments :(

Other top reasons to LiveON:
  • It's so close to everything on campus; you can walk to almost anything you need...and the campus is beautiful.
  • Tons of different people to meet and hang out with; you're not stuck off-campus with just a couple of friends...
  • Staff to help you with anything--and we respond 24/7. Anything includes talking with you about majors and careers...to changing your mom's flat tire late at night :P
  • You'll have a hard time getting a spare key to your apartment in the middle of the night.

Updates

Throwing trash (or anything else) out of your windows is not acceptable -- even if you think it's too cold outside. When you are caught, the sanction will be something like a few hours with Greg Fear cleaning trash on campus....in the cold. Take a minute to walk your trash to the compactor.

Next Tues. (8:38pm), Hall Council will meet again to start planning some events: A year-end 'Carnival', a Spring King for Poland, and some other things. Here are your officers:
Blair Shelby, Pres. (2nd floor)
Kari Dyson, VP. (7th floor)
Angela Oliver, Sec. (9th floor)
Krista Applegate, Treas. (7th floor)
Tiesha Crawford,
RHA Rep. (6th floor RA)
Sara Seger, RA advisor
Megan Pond, RA advisor

We still need a Publicity Chairperson; stop by the meeting if you're interested!
